Trading Credit Terms

These Trading Credit Terms explain how Trading Credit works on Pay Motion accounts. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions and Risk Disclosure.

If there is a conflict between these Trading Credit Terms and the Terms and Conditions about Trading Credit, these Trading Credit Terms apply to Trading Credit.

Trading Credit is an account feature that may be made available to eligible accounts. It is not cash, profit or a guaranteed return.

Trading Credit does not make trading risk-free. Trading leveraged financial products involves a high level of risk, and you may still lose money.

Trading Credit is only available to accounts that meet the eligibility requirements of the relevant offer or account type, and that have completed all required verification and compliance checks.

The same Trading Credit structure applies to the corresponding Micro accounts, subject to the terms of that account type.

Where Trading Credit is allocated to your account, the amount, timing and conditions are set out in the offer or account terms that apply to you.

Trading Credit may be used only for the purposes allowed under those terms and may be subject to limits, conditions and restrictions.

Trading Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. Whether any profit linked to the use of Trading Credit can be withdrawn depends on the applicable offer or account terms and on completion of all required checks.

We may adjust, suspend or remove Trading Credit where the conditions of the offer are not met, where it was allocated in error, or where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or a breach of our terms.

We may change or withdraw Trading Credit offers for future accounts at any time.

Availability, eligibility, use and treatment of Trading Credit are subject to the applicable Pay Motion account terms and conditions.
